Commerical Long-Gun Stand
Our Commercial Long-Gun Stands are designed for retail gun dealers.  The stand is simple, economical, easy to install and affords customers an opportunity to clearly view the weapons on display.  The stand can be constructed to any required length.  It can accommodate both single and double barrel weapons.  All barrel recesses are felt lined, while the base is lined with a soft non-skid material.  Available liner pad and felt colors are black, maroon and brown.  Stands are made from solid Oak.  Other wood species are available upon request.
The top part of the stand simply attaches to the wall with screws and extends outward 3-1/2".  The bottom part of the stand can rest on an existing shelf, cabinet, counter top, or can be supported by metal shelf supports or custom made Oak wood supports as shown in photographs. 
The base extends out from the wall 7-1/4".  Custom wood braces extend outward 7-1/2".
Cost is $29.61 per linear foot.  Figure one gun per 5-1/4" of wall space. Heavy duty custom wood braces are $35.62 each. Tell me if wall on which stands are to be attached have wood or metal studs or wall is concrete block so correct attachment screws can be included.

Ammo Display & Storage Cabinets
These open front cabinets can be made to fit any length wall and are constructed from solid 3/4" Oak and finished with a fruitwood stain as shown in above photos.
Standard measurements are 48" long X 36" tall X 12" deep with a top, bottom and two shelves resulting in 3 open storage & display spaces measuring 46-1/2" long X 10-3/4" tall X 12" deep (11-1/4" deep with solid back).
Cabinets can have open or solid backs.  Solid backs are 3/4" thick solid Oak T & G planks attached to top, shelves and bottom with screws adding strength and stability to cabinets.
The front edges of the top, bottom & shelves are reinforced with 3/4"x 1-1/2" X 46-1/2" solid Oak stiffners.  After face boards are added to front of cabinet the front edges measure 1-1/2" thick X 2-1/4" wide X 46-1/2" long.  Results -- You will not be calling back complaining that shelves buckeled under weight of ammo.  Additionally the top, shelves & bottom are dadoed into each of the sides for increased strength.  Sides are attached to top, bottom and shelves with screws.
All front edges are faced with 3/4" thick X 1-1/2 wide face boards attached with glue and countersunk screws. Face board screw holes are then covered with handmade Oak plugs sanded smooth with face board surface so you see no face board screws.
Cabinets with open backs are strengthened by adding 3/4"X 4-1/2" x 4-1/2" x 6-3/8" triangle braces in each of the four cabinet corners.  Then one 3/4" X 2" x 35-1/4" solid Oak vertical brace is added to the middle back of the cabinet. This brace is dadoed into the bottom and shelves & then attached with screws.  Top of  vertical brace is attached with screws through the top.  This design creates an extremely strong ammo display & storage cabinet that will serve your needs for years without "racking or bowing".
The above is the standard.  Custom cabinets of different measurements (height, depth, width & number of shelves) are available.
When ordering Ammo Cabinets with Commercial Long-Gun Stands, the Ammo Cabinet top becomes the bottom or base for the Commercial Long-Gun Stand, eliminating the stand bottom and the need for braces.
In this case the entire 12" wide Ammo Cabinet top is covered with a soft non-skid pad (maroon, brown or black).  Pad is attached with adhesive.  Then a 3/4" thick X 1-1/4" tall X 48" long lip is added to the top of the Ammo Cabinet 7" from the back of the cabinet forming a front "lip" for the Commercial Long-Gun Stand  This vertical lip is attached to the top with countersunk screws with holes covered with Oak plugs.  The remaining 4-1/2" of the top in front of the lip previously being covered with non-skid padding becomes a safe surface on which to temporatly lay guns, etc.  The top face board is raised to the thickness of the padding to create an attractive edge & smooth top work surface.
Multiple Ammo Cabinets are connected end-to-end with four connector bolts.  The front outside edges of cabinet face boards are chamfered resulting in a very attractive cabinet front at each joint.
Cabinets may be picked up in Athens, Texas fully assembled or shipped KD (knocked down).  Re-assembly only requires a screwdriver.  All parts are marked 1 to 1, 2 to 2, 3 to 3, etc.  Each stand is fully assembled prior to KD shipment.

Commerical Retail Display Cases



Attractive product displays are essential to successful retail gun stores and pawn shops and are effective in increasing sales.  We now make available glass top / glass front display cases to beautifully display your handguns, grips, clips, scopes, knives and other gun related items to your customers.

 
     Our cases are made from American materials right here on out little piece of Texas dirt - NO IMPORTS !  Solid Oak in used for the case frames, not man made particle board or thin skin laminates.  The case base and shelving, lined with felt, are made from 3/4" plywood.  All cases are hand finished with a fruitwood (medium brown Oak as shown in photos) stain and sealer.  Glass tops and fronts are 1/4" plate glass (1/4" tempered glass available).  Each of the four case corners are supported by leveler - slider feet to account for un level floors & to make moving cases easy.
 
     Behind the solid part of the case front is a storage space accessible from sliding rear wood doors.  These same sliding doors provide easy access to the bottom display shelf and the 1/2 depth display shelf, both of which are lined with felt (available colors - maroon, brown & black).  Doors can be fitted with locks.
 
     The standard size case measures 48" long X 40" tall X 22' deep.  Custom sized cases are available.  Cases can be picked up fully assembled in Athens, Texas or shipped KD (knocked down / partly assembled) via common carrier anywhere in the United States.
 
     Solid top computer / cash register / service counter cases are also available as are swinging doors between cases and/or cases & walls.  Solid top cases can also be equipped with lockable cash/storage drawers.  Cases with 1/2 glass top and 1/2 solid wood top available.  Other options include 300 lumen LED lighting with transformers and Decorative Detailed End Panels and / or Glass End Panels for ends of cases exposed to customers.

Custom Combination Flat Back Stand and Ammo Cabinet

Shown in above photo - Four solid Oak Combo Stands w/ fruitwood stain, solid back, black padding & felt liner, commercial tops, 51-1/4" wide units made as stand alone pieces and then attached end-to-end with connector bolts to appear as one single display unit.

These stand alone units measure 12-5/8" deep X 68-1/2" tall X various widths up to 51-1/4".  Units available with standard (2-3/4" per weapon- max. no. guns in given space) or commercial (5-1/4" per weapon- designed for best display) tops in various lengths, heights, finishes, and wood species.

COST: Above units in solid Oak $19.30 per inch of stand width.  Example: 51-1/4" X $19.30 = $989.12 each plus actual S & Pkg. if shipped.

Two  custom 14-scoped gun standard top Flat Back Vertical stands each with 2 lockable drawers, solid backs and security cables & locks (you can't see them) sitting on top of 2 open front storage /display cabinets with solid backs and 3 open spaces.  Lockable doors can be added. This stand & cabinet made from solid 3/4" Oak finished with clear tung oil with green carpet & felt liners.

Commercial Display/Storage Cabinets

Many of our retail gun store and pawn shop customers have repeatedly asked us for display and storage cabinets in addition to our Retail Display Cases.  The Commercial Display / Storage Cabinets shown and discussed below have been designed to fill that need.

Cabinets are constructed from Oak finished with Fruitwood stain in two standard sizes:  72" tall X 14" deep and 24" & 48" wide with two adjustable and removable shelves mounted on vertical 12" long all metal surface mounted shelf standards with 1/4" thick recessed Pegboard Hardboard backs. Metal shelf clips furnished.

All front edges are covered with 3/4" thick x 1-1/2" wide Faceboards attached with glue and countersunk screws  with countersinks plugged with hand-made Oak plugs.  You see no screws from front of cabinets.
Front edges of shelves, top and bottom have an additional 3/4" thick X 1-1/2" wide stiffener behind faceboards to reinforce strength of shelves.  Load them with ammo if needed.

Can be shipped partly assembled by common carrier or picked up in Athens, TX fully assembled.

Cabinets can be built as stand alone display / storage units or built to attach together with connector bolts end-to-end and /or back-to-back.
