  OPTIONS Option #1 - 45 degree Hang-Board: Stand can be very easily hung on or removed from wall - add $18.75/stand. We start with a 5-1/2" wide board. It is ripped half into on a 45 degree angle. Half the board is attached to top back of stand. The other half you position on wall, level it, drill mounting holes and attach to wall. Then simply hang the stand over the hang-board and the two 45 degree pieces mesh back together. Makes hanging stands a one-person job and extremely easy, especially the larger stands.
Adding a hang-board to a stand with open back WILL NOT add any depth to the stand and the ends of hang-board will be hidden by the stand sides.  If stand has a solid 3/4" thick back and a 3/4" thick hang-board a total of 1-1/2" will be added to stand depth but the sides will be 1-1/2" wider and hide the edges of both the solid bacK and the hang-board.  This extra cost is included in the cost of the hang-board.

Many of you have requested some means to secure your guns in our popular Flat Back Vertical Long-Gun Stands. Now it is available. This system will not prevent the determined criminal from stealing your guns. It will however secure your guns from children and other honest folks. It is simply a hardened steel cable coated with a white palstic run through the trigger guards and locked with a rubber-coated keyed lock. Two Security Cable / Lock Systems are available for your Flat Back Vertical Long-Gun Stands.  System "A" requires holes be drilled through the stand sides and the white plastic coated stainless steel cable is run through these holes and through the gun trigger guards and locked with a rubber coated keyed lock in the middle of the stand(shown above).  Cost is $27.50 per stand and includes cable, cable loops, lock and key.  System "B" allows you to attach stainless steel hasp staples, either to the sides of the stands or to the bottom - back of the stand (both pictured above).  The stainless steel hasp staples are attached with screws.  The security cable is permanently attached to one hasp staple on one side and then run through the gun trigger guards over to the hasp staple on the other side and then locked in place with keyed lock.  System "B' cost is $42.00 per stand and includes cable, cable loops, lock, key, and two installed stainless steel hasp staples.

PLEASE NOTE: Custom laser engraving on the Flat Back Stands require the stand to be 6" taller than normal to allow for the addition of the engraved piece aaccross the top back. This design change requires additional materials and labor, the cost of which is included in the above prices.

Option #8 - Flat Back Stand w/Commercial Stand Barrel Recess

The tops of all Flat Back Vertical Long-Gun Stands can be built with standard top designed for maximum number of guns in given space - barrel recesses are 2" wide with 3/4" wide space between recesses.  This results in the barrel recesses being 2-3/4" from center to center.
Option # 8 offers the Commercial Stand top designed for maximum display of guns. (See photo directly above and below). The barrel recesses are 5-1/4" from back of one recess to back of next recess or 5-1/4" on center.  This design is used on our commercial Stands normally sold to retail gun stores and allows for maximum viewing of the individual guns by customers. In home settings and private gun rooms most collectors would agree that angled barrel recesses cut spaced 4-1/4" O. C. is adequate and allows a few more guns to be displayed in a given space.
COST:  Add $16.50 for stand width of 30" and under.  Add $27.50 for stand width of 31" and over.

5-GUN YELLOW PINE FLAT BACK STAND WITH OPEN 3-SHELF CABINET

We now offer open front 1, 2 & 3 shelf cabinets designed to support the Flat Back Vertical Long-Gun Stand.  These cabinets can have an open back or solid back.  The cabinet sides and shelves (including top and bottom) are constructed with decorative face boards which also add to the stands strength and stability.  The top, bottom and shelves are dadoed into the sides for increased strength.  For even more strength all shelves, top and bottom front edges are reinforced with a 3/4" X 1-1/2" solid wood stiffeners behind each face board -- - - the result is the front of each shelf, top and bottom becomes a solid piece of wood 1-1/2" thick x 2-1/4" wide.
The cabinets and Flat Back Vertical Long-Gun Stands are attached with connector bolts through the cabinet top and stand bottom making the two pieces appear to be a single unit.  Cabinets are designed to be shipped KD (knocked down) and can be easily re-assembled with only a screw driver. During packaging all pieces are marked #1 to #1, #2 to #2, #3 to #3, etc. to make re-assembly easy.  Just match up the numbers and re-insert screws in pre-drilled screw holes. The face boards are all attached with glue and screws.  All face board screws are countersunk and plugged with species specific wood plugs.  Cabinets are designed to be 3/4" wider and deeper than the Flat Back Vertical Long-Gun Stand.
